Let there be comic! And it's all serious and stuff. Still not sure if my writing is good enough, but I suppose I'm getting better with the practice, at least.
Incidentally, I feel I must put this in here. Oblivion > all. Seriously, that game absolutely rocks. I don't really feel the need to write a review, but if you're in any way into games and you don't own this, pick it up. No joke. It's awesome.
Yeah, I'm done now.

Okay, new comic sorted. With extra magical zappiness, too!

Firstly, sorry for both the crappiness of the filler artwork and secondly, sorry for the fact that there is a filler art at all. I did do a complete comic for today, but unfortunately my computer hates me, and crashed AS I WAS SAVING. Can you believe that? Only about four hours work lost... So thats the reason there isn't one today. Of course, it's not actually much of a loss considering that the one i did was itself a pile of dingo's kidneys. I figured I'd just give myself an extra day, and start over. It'll be up tomorrow, I promise. Unless my computer decides to crash on me again, in which case there may be no new comic in some time, as I will take a large sledgehammer to the machine.

Apologies for the late comic, Comicgen servers went a little crazy last night and wouldn't let me access the FTP, so I couldn't upload it.

Whee, I'm 18 as of saturday!

Let Chapter 1 commence! Finally, a glimpse of the main characters of this comic. That's Kate on the left and Nick on the right, you'll be seeing a lot of those two in the comic strips to come, so I hope you like the look of them!

Incidentally, it'd be great if anyone who reads the comic and has a few moments to spare could leave some criticism in the shoutbox or e-mail it to us. Seeing as we've just got started, some early tips as to what we're doing wrong and what we're doing right would be very useful. Thanks. Also, we're looking at upping our update rate to twice a week instead of once a week, just so you know.

Right, well, this whole "the comic is up" thing was a bit of a shock for me when i got home today (I was shopping ^^) as i realised that I hadn't prepared quite as many comics as I would have liked, so I know what I'll be doing tonight! Anyway, hello everyone or anyone who is reading this. Welcome, welcome to our little comicky venture, I very much hope that you enjoy the ride. Okay, a little self-critique, as mon frere is too scared of me to do it: The line-art on this latest one sucked, and as I couldn't be bothered to ink it, it stayed that way. Also these people are supposed to be looking shocked and scared, just so you know. You have *no* idea how hard it is to make shadowy figures look "shocked". Well that's it from me, except to say that any other comments or critique from you fine connoisseurs would be greatly appreciated. Ta ra.

Okay, that works, and that works, and that bit works... Right! One apparently working webcomic site! So, to anyone who has come across us, welcome to Logic Failure! I'm Tom Kitchin, writer of the comic and coder of this little corner of the internet (although I like the term "codemonkey"). My sister (the artist) will post a news thingy when she gets back, the "your ComicGen account has been activated" e-mail rather caught me by surprise. Also, if you see any problems or things you think we could improve with the website, please e-mail us at logicfailurecomic@googlemail.com. Thanks muchly. So, to finish as I started, welcome! I hope you enjoy your stay ;).
